Sen. Kerry Almost Cites Weezer In START Ratification Debate

Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) is leading the debate on behalf of ratification of the START Treaty between the U.S. and Russia.  Moments ago, in urging colleagues to reject an amendment, Kerry noted that a treaty ratification can be unraveled like a sweater when amendments start to pluck away threads.  You do not want to become undone.
