Retired Navy Captain Mark Kelly spoke to the Senate Judiciary Committee about taking actions to reduce gun violence, minutes after helping his wife, retired Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ), deliver her statement to the Committee.
Kelly emphasized that he and Gabby would not consider giving up the guns that they own, but that they support reasonable measures to reduce gun violence.
