UPDATE: Arizona Rep. Grijalva Withdraws Bid For Ranking Member Of Natural Resources Committee

Arizona Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-CD3) pulled the plug on his bid to become the Democrats' ranking member on the Natural Resources Committee shortly before the entire caucus was to vote between Grijalva and Oregon Rep. Peter DeFazio.

Roll Call reports on the development.  Yesterday, Grijalva received 16 votes on the Democrats' Steering and Policy Committee, two more than he needed to force the caucus vote today.
