WATCH/READ: Tusayan Mayor Testifies In Congress About Grand Canyon Shutdown, Rep. Grijalva Decries "Scapegoating" Hearing

Tusayan Mayor Greg Bryan was the lead witness this morning as House Republicans conducted a hearing on why the National Park Service shutdown parks like the Grand Canyon.  Arizona Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-CD3) used his opening statement to criticize the "scapegoating" hearing.
