BREAKING: U.S. Supreme Court To Hear Arizona Legislature's Challenge To Redistricting

Here is the Order issued by the U.S. Supreme Court this morning on the appeal by the Arizona Legislature to contest the redistricting done by the independent commission ("AIRC"):

Here is a link to the Legislature's "Jurisdictional Statement" filed with the Supreme Court in April.  This is the Motion To Dismiss then filed by the AIRC, and the Legislature's Reply.  The Justices decided to hear the case when they conferenced (on this and other cases) on Monday.
