Arizona Representatives David Schweikert (R-CD6) and Trent Franks (R-CD8) are two of the original co-sponsors of the new attempt to repeal Obamacare.
The 2015 version is sponsored by Iowa Rep. Steve King, who got 18 of his colleagues to sign on. The text of H.R.132 is not yet available, but is likely a very simple (simplistic?) approach to dealing with the major issue of improving our healthcare system.
The House has voted several dozen times to either repeal or defund all or parts of the Affordable Care Act of 2010 (aka Obamacare). Of course, the change now is that the Senate is in GOP hands, as well, and both houses could pass measures like this to make a statement and to force Obama to veto them.
