Arizona Rep. Trent Franks (R-CD ) last week delivered his annual speech urging the overthrow of the 1973 Supreme Court case of Roe v. Wade, protecting a woman's right to an abortion within limits. As he noted near the end of the 12 minute speech after the House's regular business, he hoped that someone new would hear him and "face the very inconvenient truth".
