Cox v. Collins - Arizona Decision

Two points - (1) Bill Montgomery is not the police departments’ lawyer, so they should ignore him and (2) Montgomery’s claim that attorney ethical rules apply to the release of law enforcement records was flatly rejected by the AZ Supreme Court 25 years ago in Cox v.
