The hard-fought Drought Contingency Plan for the Colorado River is the subject of a Senate hearing today. Arizona Senator Martha McSally (R) is chairing the Subcommittee on Water and Power Hearing today. The DCP - sent to Congress for approval last week - is being discussed by the Commissioner for the Bureau of Reclamation, as well as representatives from Nevada, Arizona, and Wyoming.
