On Friday, the Sierra Club filed with the FEC that it has made a $180,361.33 television ad buy supporting* Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (Dem., CD8). Here is that ad, entitled "Smart":
*Significant because very few independent expenditure ads are FOR someone rather than going negative against the opponent.
