This morning, President Obama spoke about his executive actions to tighten restrictions on gun sales. Here are the written documents to date:
1) The President directed the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ("ATF") to issue new guidance on who is a "gun seller" responsible to conduct background checks on prospective purchases. ATF is already out with their booklet "Do I Need A License To Buy and Sell Firearms"; here it is:

Of course, the President's remarks had a distinctly Arizona element to them, as he singled out the mass shooting in Tucson five years ago which included an attempted assassination of then-Rep. Gabrielle Giffords; six people were killed and 13 injured. Here are the remarks.
Updated: In the list of Executive Actions, the White House included the following Jan. 4 memo from Attorney General Loretta Lynch regarding "federal efforts to improve the safety of domestic violence victims":
