President Barack Obama gave a major speech on the Mid East and North Africa this morning. Though he is no longer running against Obama, Arizona Senator John McCain delivers his own speech on Middle East policy this afternoon.
At 3:00p.m. (Arizona Time), McCain will speak at the U.S. Institute for Peace. It will be carried live on C-Span, and may be watched online here.
Here is the transcript of President Obama's speech. In it, he called for Israel to accept a Palestinian state based on 1967 borders (with mutually agreeable swaps).
