Rep. Giffords was interviewed on set last night by Fox News' Greta Van Susteren. They spoke for approximately four minutes about the Border Patrol Agent killed this week in a shootout with bandits near Nogales, and about the need for more attention to controlling the border.
Giffords (D-Tucson) compared Arizona's current border situation to the Gulf Coast oil spill, and suggested that President Obama should follow DHS Secy Janet Napolitano's trail and come inspect the situation on the ground.
