Arizona Senator John McCain was among a handful of Senators holding a news conference this afternoon after the Senate voted 92-4 to pass a "bill to authorize the extension of nondiscriminatory treatment (normal trade relations treatment) to products of the Russian Federation and Moldova and to require reports on the compliance of the Russian Federation with its obligations as a member of the World Trade Organization, and for other purposes." Here is the text of the bill.
Here is the link (not yet embeddable) to the news conference regarding reports that Syria may have weaponized some of its chemical weapons. (C-Span had some confusion and initially sent us erroneous links.)
