Sheriff Joe™ (Arpaio) Not Happy With Deputy Biden's Promotion, Trademark Infringement

Maricopa County "Sheriff Joe" ™ Arpaio is not pleased with President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.  Nor, conservative website leader Matt Drudge.  But, it has nothing to do with pending lawsuits or border security.  Arpaio believes that Obama and Drudge are calling Biden "Sheriff Joe", and he wants everyone to know that Arpaio is "the one and only Sheriff Joe".

His Friday Tweet (complete with spelling error) may have been tongue-in-cheek. Or, perhaps not.

If he has not already, it may be time for Maricopa County's 6th-term Sheriff to look into trademarking his moniker(s).  (Does Wilenchik do IP?)
